FAQ

Do you ship to multiple locations?

Yes! We ship to multiple addresses for virtual and hybrid teams. After booking, we’ll send you a comprehensive shipping form to collect each participant’s address. For in-person events shipping to a single location, that step can be skipped entirely.
How far in advance should I schedule a terrarium team event?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. For large groups of 50 or more, 3–4 weeks ahead is ideal to ensure everything arrives on time.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?

We accommodate groups of all sizes — from intimate gatherings of 5 to large corporate events of 500+.
Can we do this event virtually?

Absolutely! Virtual events are one of our most popular options. We ship kits directly to each participant’s home and your team builds together over video call.
Can I choose which plants are included?

Yes! You can choose between succulents, air plants, or a mix of both. You can also add optional extras like crystals, white pebbles, and black polished beach pebbles.
How long does the terrarium-building activity take?

Most participants complete their terrarium in 30–60 minutes, making it perfect for a lunch break, team happy hour, or standalone event.
What happens if a kit arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged we’ll make it right immediately. Just reach out with a photo and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
