Returns and exchanges policy
At CUTE FARMS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with one of our products, please contact us at shop@cutefarms.com with a detailed description of the issue and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- All returns require proof of purchase, such as your CUTE FARMS order number, order confirmation email, or store receipt.
- Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
Live Plants & Plant Kits
Due to the perishable nature of live plants:
- Terrarium kits and other kits containing live plants must be retrieved from the delivery location and opened within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- We do not accept returns of live plants unless they arrive damaged or dead.
- Claims for damaged live plants must include clear photos of the plants and packaging.
Shipping
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
